Our Key Services

Building Inspection & Report

Generally, Inspector will provide a detail building inspection report and report will show any major building problems such as rising damp, movement in the walls, safety hazards and faulty roof. So, in basic sales contract will made after the building and pest inspections done.

Timber Pests Inspection & Report

Similarly, visual damage caused by termites and or any other timber pests will assess during pest inspection time. In particular, timber pests inspection assesses the following list :

– Past/current evidence of timber pests
– Degree of damage caused by termite/timber pests
– Recommendation on treatment or further inspections required

Compliance Report

Compliance report is a part of property inspection package. In general, the inspector carried out a visual inspection of the accessible area throughout the property and building file documents at the date of inspection. The property always compared with the approved plans and documents. This compliance report is not for a certificate of compliance of the property other than a pre-purchase compliance report.

Energy Efficiency Report

In summary, energy efficiency report measures a home’s energy efficiency to generate a star rating. The higher the star rating, the less energy is needed to heat and cool the home to keep it comfortable. So, assessors currently use the house plans and building specifications of a home to input data into a software tool. The Tools will estimate the amount of heat that needs to be added or removed to keep that home comfortable. The tools then generate a star rating out of 10 and a Certificate. This star rating measures the home’s thermal performance, based on its structure, design, and materials.
